Angela is very efficient and very easy to work with. As soon as I told Angela that I have cleared out the house, she scheduled the cleaning, preliminary house inspection, arranged for the necessary fix up, staging all within a week. The house goes on the market on Wednesday and by the end of the week I already have multiple offers.
I thought selling the house would be a long painful process but this time it only took less than two weeks from the of start prepping the house to accepting the buyer's offer. I attribute all that Angela's efficiency, professionalism and ability to communicate clearly. I would definitely recommend L6.

Adequate for the basics, falls short when it counts
I worked with Angela Lim at L6 Realty as my property manager and want to give an honest, balanced review for other landlords considering her services.
Angela handles the routine side of property management well — rent collection, tenant meet-and-greets, and standard onboarding are done reliably and professionally. If your property runs smoothly with cooperative tenants, you’ll likely have a fine experience.
Where things broke down for me was anything beyond the routine. When I had a difficult tenant situation, the follow-up was slow and the guidance was thin. Coordinating with local authorities was a repeated pain point — she appeared unfamiliar with the right channels and lacked the persistence needed to push things forward. Attention to detail on important matters was inconsistent, and when I genuinely needed an advocate in my corner, I felt like I was largely on my own.
There’s also a noticeable gap in empathy when a client is dealing with a stressful, high-stakes issue. The communication felt transactional rather than problem-solving oriented.
Bottom line: Angela and L6 Realty are a reasonable choice if all you need is someone to pass rent along and handle move-ins. For anything more complex — difficult tenants, legal follow-through, authority coordination — I’d strongly suggest looking for a manager with more hands-on experience and accountability.

She claims she cannot locate any record of working with me — yet my wife was the primary point of contact throughout our entire engagement. A simple records check would have surfaced this immediately. The fact that it didn't speaks directly to the lack of attention to detail I described in my original review.
Rather than acknowledging the substance of the concerns raised, the response deflects with a request to "connect directly" — the same pattern we experienced during our time as clients. Issues were rarely resolved proactively; the burden was consistently placed back on us.
My review stands as written. If anything, this reply has only reinforced my assessment.

Angela was nothing but amazing to work with. We had such a short window on when we had to complete our move. Without any hesitation, Angela was able to show us our unit, get our paperwork over to us, and get us approved with a signed lease all within 2 days! On top of that, she ensured that our unit was in pristine condition and made sure that any repairs that had to be completed was done in a timely manner. She always responds quickly and honestly feels more like a neighbor to us versus an agent. Highly recommend her services!

This management company has turned out way better then anticipated . Angela is awesome!!! From the moment I called she was super helpful. She also found the new tenant faster than expected. The associations is a nightmare to deal with but she was on top of it before I could respond. I am very confident that this property will be managed way better then what I could give . Best phone call I've made dealing with this property , very happy with my decision. Highly recommend !!!

We have managed properties for over 20 years and it's rare to come across a person like Angela who is exceptional in every aspect of property management field. When she took over the job of finding a tenant from another realtor it was such a sigh of relief. Angela really knows what she's doing .Shes a happy down to earth person who knows how to get results, I was impressed by her demeanor as a representitive for my property.Seeing as im not the biggest people person and dont know the exact ins and outs of property management it was nice to know I had someone to do all that leg work of finding quality tenants.She charges a very fair and competitive price The service feels very personal.
