Angela is Fabulous. That five start rating, she's earned it. We needed to manage a property but live overseas. After years of my parents being there they moved out and we needed to fix it up and get it rented out. We found Angela online and we knew immediately it was a fit.Angela led the way throughout the process, advising us what needed improvement and replacement (and what didn't). For whatever we needed done she had professionals, and communicated with us when questions arose.She coordinated with the contractors, association and other parties, and executed quickly. I can't express how much easier her leading this made this processes for us.In parallel she started publishing the apartment for rent, organizing tours, and finding candidates. From start to finish it took little over two months until the unit was rented. I would warmly recommend Angela for anyone looking for a management company. She's organized, and reports clearly; and her knowledge, expertise make her a professional, and her friendly manner her a pleasure to work with.
